I was paying double for a policy with another insurance company. With Progressive, I was able to build my policy online and change services very easily. So far, so good!

Change your system so that when the payment is due on the 2nd it takes it out of the my bank account on the second not on the 4th or the 5th and when I look on your app to see if it's paid it says it thank you for your payment but nothing had come out of the bank that's why I do not like auto pay cuz you take it out at the wrong time when it should have been taken out that day

Getting the policy was not difficult. Threatening to cancel my policy because you think my adult children live in my FL residence when they live a thousand miles away NOT COOL !
