I was very satisfied with my transition to Progressive Insurance. The process is very easy and they notify you as it is completed. We received our new cards very quickly. I would definitely recommend them and they also saved us considerable amount of savings.

I’ve been with progressive for 8-10 years now. I just renewed my policy with customer service representative, Tony. He was so so patient, answered all of my questions and made sure I got the absolute best price and policy possible. He made it very apparent that my needs came before the business.

I know that progressive have a very good relationship with customers , my cousin had an accident 3 months ago & the claim process was so smooth that he vowed to never switch to another company & bc of his bragging I decided to become a new customer & hopefully never have to use the claim process if it happens I know that I will be taking very good care from one of your professional employees, thanks .
